1. What is the difference between a certified translator and a non-certified translator?

A certified translator (C.T. or C. Trans.) has met recognized standards and received an accreditation from a provincial regulatory body. It provides added assurance that you will receive both great quality and consistent translation.

2. What is the cost of your translation services?

Many factors such as the length of text, level of difficulty, deadline and more will be considered when estimating the cost of your project. You can count on us to offer competitive prices while never compromising the quality of our translation services. Request a free quote to find out more.

3. Which languages do you translate?

We specialize in French and English translations, but also offer translation services in other languages that include, but are not limited to, Spanish, Arabic and Italian. We will customize our services to your needs and find the right professionals for your translation project. 4. What if I need changes to my translation?

We want your end product to reflect exactly what you want. That is why Alianco strives to get it right the first time. However, we do understand that sometimes modifications to a text are required and Alianco will do its best to accommodate you and ensure that the end result is satisfactory.

5. Will my documents remain confidential?

Absolutely. Everyone involved will sign a Confidentiality Agreement for every project and your documents will remain completely confidential throughout the entire process.

6. How long does it take to translate a project?

The amount of time to complete your translation project depends on the size of the project and the amount of research that will be involved. Deadlines will always be established from the start and those deadlines will be respected. Tools and resources will be utilized throughout the process to ensure efficiency.

7. How do you assure quality translation?

In order to ensure high quality translation, Alianco has a Quality Assurance Policy.

8. Why did Translation NB change to Alianco?

Translation NB was previously an association of translators from New Brunswick. With the desire to better represent the industry across the region, we expanded to include all four Atlantic Provinces and are now known as Alianco. We work hard at contributing to the development and growth of the industry while striving to create new jobs.
